Contacting us..


To inquire about a New Computer..

Click the "GO" button and you will be taken to a special New Computer Inquiry page where you can provide us with some basic information about what you are looking for in a computer, most especially any performance preferences you may have. When we receive your inquiry, we will send you an email and ask you a few questions, such as what type of computer you have presently, and what you like or dislike about it. We will then ask you about features that you may want, such as processor speed, the amount of memory and hard drive space you desire as well as any special video and audio preferences you may have. If this is to be your first computer, we will walk with you through deciding which features you want, (or do not want), and then assist you by providing any technical information you need.

To inquire about Upgrading an Existing Computer..

Click the "GO" button below and you will be taken to a special Upgrade Inquiry page where you can provide us with relevant information about your existing computer, what you like or dislike and what you would like us to do. Keep in mind that not all computers can be upgraded, but we will do our best to help you. You can rely on the fact that we will not tell you that a computer can be upgraded when we know that it cannot or that the cost would be at or near that of a new one.

To contact Customer Service..

Click the "GO" button below and you will be taken to a special Customer Assistance page where you can decide on specific service you require, or how to report a problem of any type. These pages will walk you through exactly how you can send us an immediate message regarding any issue of concern to you. As an example, if you are having a problem with an order, your billing account, something that was shipped to you or that should have been shipped to you, or you merely wish to contact us about something, go to the Customer Service pages.

Please Note: We do ask that wherever possible, you first consult our Technical Support Pages in order to resolve a support issue.
