Disabling the Outlook Express Splash Screen
Did you know that Outlook Express will load faster if you disable the splash screen?
1. Open RegEdit 2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\OutLook Express 3. Add a string value “NoSplash”
4. Set the value data to 1 as a Dword value
