Remove the Help Option from the Start Menu (Windows 9x)
This tweak hides the Help option on the Start Menu.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called ‘NoHelp’ set the value to equal ‘1’ to enable the restriction.
Exit your registry, you may need to restart for the changes to take effect.
You entries should look like:

Note: On some versions of Windows 9x, this may not work. In lieu of this regedit, disable “help” by renaming the following files:
