Very much like another shutdown manager that we posted a month or so ago, this shutdown manager will allow you to automate the tasks you want to perform before Windows actually shuts down. There are a few differences between this program and the one posted earlier, in that in that this one not only performs all of the tasks of the other one, including backups of your important files and cleaning up unwanted files, it is also completely configurable. Shut Down Manager has built in auto tasks as well as customizable tasks, and this version supports Windows NT, where the other one just barely.
